I am very happy with their wigs.The wigs are fairly high quality, the texture is really smooth so you can run your fingers through it or anything.Quite a few hairs came out when I was brushing it. It is really really soft and easy to maintain. And the thickness is quite similar to real hair, hehe.It’s very thick so people won’t be able to see any of your natural hair under your wig. "Whoa nellie, does this company take the cake. First the items I received were crappy quality and no where matched the website photos. Then the customer dispute link doesn't work (convenient for them) and no one answers any of my emails until I finally put up a bad review on a website. Not their site, by the way, I was unable to review them on their site. When they saw my review, they actually posted they would "punish" the employee who processed the order. Nice, real nice. Then they refuse to do a refund despite the blaring differences between the product and the website photos. Then after giving them several more links of bad (but truthful) reviews I posted, they offered me back $10, $25, and then eventually a full refund when I lodged a complaint with PayPal (whom I paid through originally). They only offered a refund if I were to close the dispute with PayPal. Now they've received the wig back, and have only given me $87 of the $107 the extensions cost out of my pocket. They claim it's to cover shipping. However shipping was FREE as part of the buying deal and I had to pay to have it shipped back to China. So honestly they should pay me back the extra 20 they're keeping, plus what it cost to send that piece of trash back. They have now offered me $10 if I remove the bad reviews. No way!! So then they offer me $50 in goods. Insulting. Take your business anywhere but here." They have since complained to this review site that I violated review rules in what appears to be an effort to remove this review. History is done, they had their chance to respond in an acceptable manner. It took MONTHS of arguing and unwillingness to give up on my part to get my refund. Paypal was mentioned because that was the payment method. I still say a year and a half later, do not use Wigsbuy.com.

I have got 3 wigs from Wigsbuy.com and the are the best wigs i have ever had ! Very good quality, reasonable prices ,thus, free gifts like wig comb or few wig caps ! Love it ! Thank You WIGSBUY.COM for providing me my dream wigs !

This is an amazing shop, that provides excellent service and quality. When i enquired about a certain wig the owner was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful, including suggesting me some styles/colours I hadn't thought of, and ideas for styling. Turns out she's got a better sense of the wigs that look good with my face shape and complexion, and it was hard to decide on just one. I've purchased two so far, and will go back for sure, this had to be one of the best wig shops i have ever experienced!

I ordered my first wig from this company and thank goodness I spent a whole lot of money ($50.00). When I received the wig, I couldn't believe how badly made it was. You could see all the tracks. When I contacted them, I had to send pictures 3 times and they still did nothing about it. I order wigs on line all the time and I will stick to the companies that produce quality wigs and focus on customer satisfaction. My order number is 306400
