You can definitely send the item back for refund (less handling fee) as long as it is in the original condition and postmarked within 30 days from when you received. If you wish to avoid the handling fee you can also return for store credit instead and order something else or a different color. We have started a damage claim with the courier (UPS), once we hear back the results of their investigation we will update you. We do hope we help get this resolved.
