Not happy with the wig at all! Wish I could return it honestly looks fake :(

Quality of hair not good?, nothing to clip hair piece to head. To return you have to pay restocking fee and postage by then you've lost half your money.. unfair.

Had to return it unfortunately the style was not right for me, but really a beautiful wig. You’re Custome service is terrific, no problem in returning for store credit, now ready to purchase another wig, Great experience wit Customer Service. Thanks!!!

Your customer service regarding a return is unacceptable! Purchased a wig tried it on, but then the tags away. The wig hurt my head and I could not wear it. Talked to CS and was informed that without the tags I could not return it........spent 100.00 on this item and now it is useless to me. Will donate to American Cancer and give you a lot of free advertisement on your ridiculous rules....believe me I will never order from you again and everyone that I come in contact will know what I have been through.

The wig is nothing like it looks online!! Shorter. Not a full thickness. Color is wrong!! Not very happy!! I called and the lady said you can exchange but you have to pay for the other wig first.!! Really!! Well YOU SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY THEN I ORDER ANOTHER!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

The color was darker than the picture. I would have sent it back, but after what I paid in shipping to receive it, and shipping it back, would have exceeded the price of the order.
