I have had so many compliments on how good my "hair" was looking, that even old friends did not realize it was a wig. It was helpful to have someone skilled at trimming wigs to adjust areas to my face, but beyond that, a complete stranger wanted to know who did my hair color. The "rooted" color with browns, highlighted with ash and blond looks great. So for my first wig, this and another looked so natural. I was told by the twenty year old daughter of a friend that wigs are very popular with her age group. That comment gave me the final bit of confidence I needed for wearing wigs regularly.

I bought wigs in various price ranges. You can totally tell they are all wigs. The most expensive one looks the most fake believe it or not. Trying to return it has been a hassle because the website return feature works until you get to the last option to print off the return label and mysteriously freezes. Hmmm If you wear head scarfs with the wigs, they can be fun but, you won’t fool anyone.

The wig I bought, for an amazingly low price, arrived promptly, and was packaged appropriately. The automatic discount feature on their website was not working, I let them know, and they fixed it in less than 24 hours. Very impressed.

I think charging a restocking fee is wrong especially if the wig is only tried on then returned. I feel its a rip off of consumers hard earned money and I am sure other customers agree! Some wigs still give a very natural look, but most dont. They have too high density or too shiny or an awful cut or style and for the price thats crazy! I bought a synthetic wig back in early 2000 and it lasted me a year and wore it right out of the box. When I washed it, it bounced right back. Nowadays the quality is not there, the material must be much cheaper that they use when making a wig now. Its disappointing.

I have only ordered from this company one time before. I ordered again because of their return policy as well as the quality of the wigs. Also they offer a variety of petite sizes.
