Refuse to talk to a stupid AI, which should read SI and I think we know what I think. The first word of that should be and when I would not talk to it, it hung up on me so if you think I am ever gonna buy anything from you again you’ve got another thing coming you keep using your SI and no one in my age group who are the people that generally wear wigs are gonna buy anything from you and I’m returning the one I got and I’m not telling you why because you won’t let me talk to a real human being so there

I live in a remote area and it is very inconvenient to return items. I buy clearance wigs so if they don’t work out, I’m not out big bucks. You always have lots to choose from. And I have a treasure trove of reject wigs.

I bought my first wig on this website. Although it didn’t fit (I have a large head it turns out) the return was SO easy! I TRULY appreciate the fact that I AM able to return it. A lot of other websites have such strict policies, I’ll never buy one from other companies. I feel like I can try and find what will work for me, and not feel anxiety about being out of so much money if it doesn’t work. The wig itself was beautiful, the shipping was amazing as well! I appreciate that they understand that not every color or fit, will be made for everyone. 10/10 Experience! I do wish there were more options for larger heads. That’s the only thing I was a little bummed about. But, that is brand related I believe. Wigs.com Thank you!!
