I don't know how to rate this because I was not happy with my wig but it is because I chose the wrong color. It needed to blend in with my real hair and it was just wrong, it was much too light. I know that is my fault, sort of, but I feel there is very little accurate guidance in how to choose the color. All of the wig sites, including this one, give some vague information on choosing the right color but it is not helpful. Yes, they allow returns, but now I am waiting a week for the return to be shipped and processed, and then I will wait another week while my new choice is shipped. So I am returning my wig, and I will get a credit which I will use to make a second guess at the color. I hope I guess right this time. I am not having a good experience.

The Wigs are fabulous especially Vivica Fox Hair.

LOVE my very first wig! Raquel Welch “Fascination”. Gave it a shake and wore it right out of the box. Recommended to three friends who wanted to know where I got my haircut and what kind of mousse I used. Have gone back and ordered two more, knowing I can return if they are not “just right”. This has been a lifestyle changer!

I returned it. There was absolutely not a lot of hair to justify the price of the hair topper!

Did not look like the picture, it had too much hair. Paid lot of money. I bought it because I had cancer and my hair didnt come back.

Not my favorite wig. Too much hair and very difficult to style, especially the bang area.
