The wig was ok

Here is a copy of the EMAIL I just sent to Wigs.com's customer service: I just received the 23" color splash pony that was supposedly tipped in DENIM BLUE but it is actually BRIGHT ROYAL BLUE. It's Hideous! My complaints: ***You have NO customer service help on Saturday!!! ***After paying 7.95 shipping to receive my product I had to pay 11.95 to send it back!!!!!! ***You are going to charge my 5.00 to restock the ponytail and I NEVER EVEN TOOK IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE. YOU CAN SELL IT AS BRAND NEW. ***I thought I wanted it in THE regular BLUE INSTEAD, however you do NOT do exchanges and this pony was 30% off. So you want to charge me FULL PRICE for the same blond pony in the other shade of blue and you want me to pay shipping all over again. I am SO UPSET that I am going to bad mouth your company on all my social media.... and believe me I have thousands of followers and they LISTEN. Are you a member of the BBB. I would like to send a formal complaint..... you did not inform me about your policy at the time of purchase. Also, it is not fair that I pay a restocking fee when it was never opened.

The wig is fine quality and matches my own hair real well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MILA - and this color. The color is very close to my bio hair and looks great with inside and outside light. I think this color is realistic
