Sent the wrong color. I ordered a rooted wig, and a different color was sent to me. Had to return it for the proper color ordered. A little inconvenient, not to mention the time factor in obtaining a new one. I received a replacement in the proper color and was very happy with the customer service and time it took to get a new one. Will definitely use them again!

I love my hairpiece and the price was very reasonable. the only down side was with postage $54 to UK and import tax of $44 I paid nearly $100 more on top of the piece.

Color not even close to what was shown. $7.95 return shipping cost. Ridiculous! Don't shop here!!!!

The models on website are useless--you really have no idea what you are ordering until you receive it--colors are different than expected--if you have skills as a stylist you are in luck--if not you are going to need one--
