We apologize if you were having a difficult time returning with our pre-paid label. Our records indicate you have returned the item and been refunded as of 10/25. Any order that is over $500 has a signature requirement on it for delivery and to return we have to remove that. We are happy to do so by request via email or phone. We are sorry you didn't receive this piece in time for your function. We emailed you on 10/17 (day after you placed) to notify you the item was not in stock and was on backorder. As soon as the item came back into stock we shipped it out. International shipping can take anywhere from 8-14 business days (as we have stated on site and when you place an order). We shipped it out on 10/26 and it is estimated to be delivered on 11/07 (9 business days). We strive to provide excellent customer service and to provide our clients with products they are needing.
