I give five stars as my experience with this company is worthy of the score. I was a first time customer both with this company but also ordering a wig. I made several calls to ask questions prior to making a decision on what to purchase. I spoke to more than one agent and each one treated me with respect making me feel confident regarding my purchase. I am an older woman and needed a little extra help to understand the process.
