I tried to cancel my order within the two hour time period they allow for cancellations. The order was not cancelled. It was shipped. I then had to pay 7.95 return shipping. Per their customer service rep...because they shipped it there was nothing they could do. I am still waiting for my refund..order was shipped back over 10 days ago. Would never order from them again!

We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion as stated in our policies orders can be changed/cancelled up to two hours if it hasn't shipped. We didn't receive a call, but an email the next day after it shipped (not within 2 hours of when the order was placed). We will get your refund processed and as a courtesy waive the return shipping. We appreciate your feedback and hope that this helps in resolving the issue.

We are sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with the pieces you received. You did order different colors from different manufacturers, therefore they would not be the same. We do have wig experts on staff to assist with color or you could always send in a hair sample to color match to. You do have the option to return as long as the items are in the original condition and returned within 14 days from when shipped. You sent me the wrong wig,color and cap inside and when i wanted to return the wig you would not give me an address to return it. I requested a refund on my credit card paid thru Paypal and is in process. I at first thought i would get another one but then I thought its just going to be the same old thing and decided not to do it. The wig company kept changing what the price would be back and forth but I have saved all my emails from them and still no return address. I will never use them again, plus all the reviews I have read state the same as I have stated and I should of listened to their statements.

You may have ordered the piece you are referencing from another site. You also didn't use Paypal for that order and have had no correspondence with us (Wigs.com) via email.
