We are sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with the bangs you received. The pieces you selected are human hair, but when it comes to dyeing we don't ever recommend lifting color. You can deposit dye up to 2 shades darker with human hair. Dyeing pieces can be trial and error and may not turn out the way you hope, which is why we always recommend selecting a color that would be closest to the color you are wanting. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to have one of our representatives assist you with finding the right color!

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. We would recommend that if you want something that looks more natural selecting a piece with a monofilament top or hand tied. As stated on our return policies and the return form you would have received we don't charge any handling/return fees, however we don't reimburse for any shipping costs as those are disbursed to the courier. We appreciate your feedback.

We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. The pictures on our site for Sheer Elegance shows it with the bangs forward and also off the face. Our records indicate one of our wig experts did try to assist you in explaining how to style the bangs off of the face. We did inspect the return and did not find it to be defective or have any issues. Again, we apologize that Sheer Elegance didn't work out for you but we do appreciate your feedback.
