Wigs.com was amazing super fast shipping but the Jon RENAU wig Ignite in Catalina blonde was a total bummer, it looks so fake and the ear tabs are a super dark chocolate brown while the hairline is a thick white blond money piece that has a solid brown root right behind it, I would’ve sent it back but I tried so hard to get it to work and therefore it’s not eligible
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Apr 20, 2026
Sheri, We appreciate your feedback and are glad the shipping was fast. We're sorry the wig's color and ear tabs were not what you expected, and that you were unable to return it. We value your comments.

no problem with delivery or item received. however, i will say that I have been buying this wig for many years and the density of it has gone down dramatically. very disappointing
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Apr 20, 2026
Allyn, We appreciate your long-term support and are sorry to hear that the wig's density has changed. We value your feedback and will look into this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
