I was having difficulty doing an online return, so I called. The woman could not have been any nicer. I received my shipping label almost immediately. I will definitely continue to purchase from them. Purchased an Ellen Wille wig and I get tons of compliments on it!

The site was easy to use and shipping and delivery was lightning speed. I found, however, that the fibers used for the piece were too shiny and thicker than what normal would be so it appears very fake to me. The color was nice, size was nice, construction was good so quality is favorable. I probably won't wear it though because it's very noticeable that it's not real. I have some others from a different company that are more realistic. I'm sorry because I loved my experience but the product isn't quite as realistic as I feel it should be.
