This is a 5 star for the MEANEST experience I had during the Covid (SIP) shut down. Mean because they wouldn't extend their return policy to match the salon shut down period in California. Mean because the $600.00 hair piece and return info went to my hairdresser who needed to fit it and I lived elsewhere and couldn't see her for 3 months. Mean because they ignored that California had different SIP rules than Texas. California beauty salons are barely open, 90 days later. Five stars for my $600.00 non-returnable rats nest! Wigs.com wins the Covid Meanie Award!!!

Excellent company! Great wigs and excellent shipping time. I have ordered 5 wigs from them and I am not done! I pay the extra $15 for expedited shipping and have my wig in two days (if ordered Mon/Tues and even by Wed. morning otherwise by Tuesday of the next week. That predictable!

The quality is nice, but what I had ordered was not what I expected from the description. I was disappointed.

Fast service from time of order to receiving order. Easy to navigate website. Pictures of wigs from many angles is helpful.

I give this review a 2 because I called the 800# on June 15th @11:56 am EST and spoke to Kesha. I let her know I needed to return my wig for it was too small. She told me she would be sending me return paper work to my email, I SHOULD PRINT AND RETURN THE WIG. Please know this did not happen. The wig is in the original White box, unworn and waiting to be returned in original shipping box. I would appreciate a call regarding the return of this purchase. If necessary, please contact me. You did wonderful! The wigs were beautiful. However, the styles I chose were wrong for me. I had to return them. Awaiting my refund so that I can purchase a couple different ones, such as Sky and Liane. I’m anxious to try again.

Very, very helpful customer service reps. I required help with sizing and also processing a return for another size. Great service at time in our society that service has taken a back seat.
