I talked with a representative, who was excellent, top star rating. She advised me to order a large. i did, and it barely fit front to back. I returned it because I looked horrible. Normally, I have short curly hair; it was brown and highlighted. Now I am not sure what color I am. I was able to get a haircut and look like myself despite color changes. I wish I could find a wig that worked as my sister in law loves her wig and looks great.I returned ii in the well packed box. Hooray for you having a phone line available

My first wig. I admit I was very skeptical about purchasing a wig online. Due to chemo I have lost my hair and realized I was more vane than I thought. So I picked a wig on the low $$ range thinking that not to much invested in something I’d probably not wear. Boy was I surprised. The quality and style were just as it was presented on line. It was packaged so nice with helpful tips on care. And when I put it on, I nearly cried with how real it looked. Brought back some of my confidence. I’m looking to purchase my next wig.

I can not even begin to talk about the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced!! By no fault of Wigs.com, UPS LOST my mom's package... needless to say, the decision to wear a wig was an agonizing one to say the least for Mom and the lost package was upsetting and emotional... a single email later, ALLIE, the wigs.com customer service rep, TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING ... she even called me over the weekend to make sure Mom was well taken care of! I think Allie has a magic wand because Mom got her piece in record time... and... well.. SHE LOVES IT!! We made a life-changing decision and thank goodness, we found a great company that provided a superior product.... and all after months of quarantine, just in time for a family gathering this week!
