POOR CustomerService. My daughter has alopecia and I have been buying many wig and had to go online because of COVID 19. We ordered 2 wigs and had to return both - they were not what they said they were on the website. We returned both - paid $5199 for both and only was refund $3173. TANYA in Customer Service flat out lied to me - said ear tab on wig was damaged - it was not and I have pictures to prove it. They have not returned my calls or my money. A horrible experience for both me and my daughter. DO NOT USE THEM! Update - I still have not received a response back from anyone. I am a verified buyer, yet it is probably under my daughter's email instead of mine. It is pure thievery!

Came and it was excellent in color. Hairstyle was not so great but I trimmed it and now it looks like my natural own hair. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchase a pony tail for my sister that is loosing her hair due to excessive stress. It is beautiful but she can not use it until she grow some hair back. We should have started with a wig first. She is excited to use it. Thank you I will look around for a wig!
