I have had such good experiences with wigs.com. I lost my hair from chemo and knew nothing about wigs. I choose wigs.com because of their fair return policy, good prices, great wigs to choose from, and helpful information on website. I call and emailed the staff several times fro help with styles and colors for my skin tone. I got fadt, friendly, and expert advice. I love all of the 5 wigs I've gotten from wigs.com. I love the compliments when I wear them.

I got a wig no netting in pkg bangs cut. I was going on a trip I asked if they could send a wig with an advanced credit due to Not being able to buy another and if they didn’t get wig bag they could charge they came back with an EMPATHIC NO which shows no trust or compassion I would never order from them again Amazon is willing to give gift card credits while item is on way back if you urgently need a replacement!
