I had ordered a topper that ended up being too red which was on sale. I called customer support and she was so helpful in guiding me to the right color combination (2 colors) and I was able to exchange the initial one for the one that the color fit me more suitably even though it had been on sale. She was very friendly and very serviced focused. Great experience!

I had excellent experience with wigs.com. I called them several times and each time I was helped by knowlegeble member of staff. After having placed my order I received the parcel super fast. The wig was of great quality. Unfortunately I had to return my order (no fault of wigs.com!). Once I sent the wig back I received the refund inna very timely manner.
