This was my first hair piece and I think I just got incredibly lucky! The piece was the perfect size and color and was ready to wear out of the box. Shipping was fast and the item arrived in perfect condition. I love playing with my new hair! I purchased this piece for date nights rather than everyday wear. I'm a stay at home caregiver and I think the piece would be a "bit much" for housekeeping, grocery shopping, and the gym. But, to each her own;)

I sent back two wigs that didn’t work out and kept one. Unfortunately this company charges you both way shipping when you return an item back to them, making it somewhat a pricy failed experience.

The color chosen was a light brown, however the swatch will/can look different because it is a small image of the color in lighting. We would like to see if we can help make this better. I got diagnosed with breast cancer and I want to buy a wig same hairstyle and color that I had before. Order the Noriko and I was pleased with the quality. also, when I purchased it, it was regular price and after that week they have 30% offf sitewide. Called the customer service and they are very helpful and refunded me the difference. Thank you wigs.com!

The ordering and return process worked fine. This was my first experience at trying a wig. I was disappointed at how unreal the hair looked especially at the part and that the cap was hot. If I try this again, I would try the lightest weight cap possible at a store where I could try them on.
