A lot of selection which was nice, but navigating through all the colors and the example images was challenging. Still the amount of information and education was really helpful for a first time purchaser.

The wig arrived as expected. Color was perfect! Everyone loves it on me!

WOW!! I am so happy with my order--I placed my order on Nov 29 and received my beautiful wig today--Dec 1st. Thank you--thank you!! After the problems I had ordering this wig in Oct--took many emails-finally arrived in Nov----wrong size--wrong color--Actually totally different wig than the one I received today--I AM so excited! I am out over $120 and I am upset about that-I don't understand--the same wig--do different companies sell the same wig--I like that you seem to really care-I will be back----

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Wigs.com. The delivery was much faster than I was expecting. I had purchased my previous wigs from another reputable wig store however, they did not carry the particular wig I was wanting. I was a little worried about buying from someone else but, had watched many You Tube advertising Wigs.com so thought I would take a chance on them. So pleased with that decision. Will definitely order from them in the future.

The wig is not what I expected.

The service was very good and the quality of the piece is great. The only negative is that the piece was supposed to be auburn and it is more brown so I can’t wear it. And can’t return it because it was on clearance.

I thought you guys, first, made a high quality wig, and second, the way it was packaged was really professional.
