I had another online wig vendor that I was generally happy to use, but after trying and loving a new style, the color was sold out when I tried to buy another as backup. Wigs.com had the style and color that I was looking for in stock and at a great price. Shipping and processing was fast and accurate. Looks like I have a new go-to store!

I ordered my first wig from Wigs.com after losing my hair due to to chemo. Their website had an info page on how to submit a claim to insurance companies with which Wigs.com would provide documentation to submit with the claim (i.e., an invoice with their Tax ID). The info page had instructions to contact the sales department of Wigs.com after placing the order which I immediately did. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received a response from Wigs.com. Now I'm thinking I have to return the wig because it is too costly to pay out of pocket without insurance assistance.

So far so good! I have ordered and received wigs in a timely manner. I haven’t had any issues so I really have no opinion on how troubles are handled.
