Customer Service lied to me regarding getting a full refund minus the return shipping label. I even asked about the discount over and over again and they told me full refund except the return label. Do not trust them now. They lost my confidence. Sad as they are just trying to sell you a wig and not help those that are truly desperate for a wig due to medical reasons. Customer service MUST be honest to their consumers!

Hello wigs.com! My wigs arrived today while I was doing laundry, and I couldn't do it fast enough! One thing, I had washed a bed ruffle just before they came & there was a type of cloth netting which goes under the mattress! I had to wait completely 'til my laundry was done to play w/my wigs because of it. The heat from the dryer had totally matted up that netting & I didn't want to put my pretty wigs anywhere near that dryer! The UPS saw me locking up my door & I guess he wanted me to get my package before I left, so he honked the horn & jumped out to bring it to me! Such service! I am impressed all the way around! Thank you wigs.com!
