Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

I very pleased with the wig that I ordered. I have red hair and was very concerned about the color of the wig that I ordered and was very surprised when I opened the box, it was a beautiful red color. I also really liked the thickness of the wig and the ability to style it. I wanted a wig that was very close to my own hair style and that is what I got. I will definitely order another wig from this company. One happy wig wearing customer.

I've used this same piece for a couple years and the color was drastically different, more than slightly off with know variations with handmade products. And the front clip doesnt lay as flat as previous pieces. Not sure if the whole layout has been changed recently? It looks so different compared to same product from other online retailers I've purchased through. Not sure why. Hope it's not because this company is selling lower quality or knock off products! I want to believe not.

Very fast shipping, the color matched my own hair perfectly.

What a pleasure it is to do business with Wigs.com. I loved the first wig I ordered, it was exactly as pictured, but just too much hair for me. The return was easy and the credit back to my account was seamless. Because my first experience was positive, I've ordered another wig and hoping(fingers crossed) it suits. The website has great security, an excellent selection and lots of tips to make the whole experience more fun.

Love my wig! There were no horrible surprises. My wig is just as described and pictured . The med red color is so close to my own color. Thank you so much!

Good product good price

The first wig I purchased was an Ellen Wille Joy. The wig was beautiful but too small. I called the helpline to see if there any Ellen Wille wigs that come in a size average. The person that helped me was very warm, friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the selection of average size wigs for this brand are very limited. The representative suggested other brands that might compare to the quality of Ellen Wille. I ended up purchasing a Raquel Welch center stage wig which fits perfect. Rather than wait to receive credit on my return I went ahead and purchased the second wig. The return process was extremely simple and fast. I received my refund 8 days after I sent it back. I give Wigs.com 5 stars for their courteous service, efficient shipping process and excellent selection of wigs. None of their wigs are knockoffs.

The wig looked full and gorgeous on the model. When I got it out and tried it on I looked like a clown. I did not feel the quality matched the photos or the price.
