Great wigs and service! I ordered Cinch (RW) and Billie (NORIKO) and love them both. I've had a Cinch wig before but haven't worn it in a few years and decided to get a new one. The long side was the right length and shape, which is great. I've ordered from another store before and had to send them back because they weren't made quite right. I also ordered Billie in Silverstone and I'm crazy about it Woo Hoo. I will try to take photos and send with a review before too long.

i did not care for it it had way to much blond i donated it to the cancer society.the more i wore it the less i liked it

I initially bought a topper and it arrived on a Saturday. It was all wrong for me. So I emailed them and they got right back to me the first business day after the weekend. I sent them pictures of my hair in different light and poses to see the variations that gave me trouble. I was able to set up a video chat for the next day with a really nice woman who helped me pick a better color for me and sent me a lable to return the topper I had. If I had to not pick I wish the shipping was free, but at least they don't charge a restocking fee like some places. So ultimately I was happy and really didn't mind the return shipping charge. I will definitely shop with them again.

I purchased the wig pro Liana wig not quite what I expected. Decided to cut some bangs into it but regretted it afterwards. However wigs.com is a probably the best wig store I have used to purchase wigs. I live in Canada and they have never taken longer than 4 days to deliver to me and they have no restocking fees for returns. Great company. Thank You wigs.com for such wonderful service!
