I have been very impressed with how easy it has been to work with Wigs.com. The wig salon in my town is always so busy so I decided to take a chance and order a topper from Wigs.com. The one I ordered was too big for me so I sent it back and ordered a new one. Both of the toppers I ordered came within 3 days of purchase!! My return of the one topper was seamless and the money was refunded within 3-4 days. I will continue to order wigs from Wigs.com.

Overall, purchasing my wig from, wigs.com was a pleasurable experience. My wig arrived quickly, with the basic shipping. It arrived in the 'manufacturers' box (within another shipping box), packed as a new wig is expected. I would def recommend and will be purchasing again.

I purchased 2 wigs, one was not a good color (my fault) but the second one is really thin and I can see the glue in the part of the hair on top. This one I paid more for and I would think should be better quality. So basically I bought two wigs I will most likely not wear. Please tell me what number you are calling from as I usually don't answer unknown phone numbers. Or send me an address to return to.

I viewed Wigs.Com several days before ordering as I was very skeptical about ordering a wig without trying the style in person. After reading several reviews; I decided to place my order. I received my wig quickly and it was just as described. The hair is soft and realistic. Their customer service was great and answered all my questions.
