When my order of wig care products arrived the outside corner of the box was wet and had a hole in it. Upon opening the box everything inside was wet. I removed the plastic shrink wrap off the 4 items inside the box and found the shampoo was in the open position. I took photos of inside and outside of the box. I called customer service and the lady was very nice and she walked me thru on how to send the photos via email. I'm a senior and had never uploaded photos before. They sent me another bottle of shampoo the same day. The customer service was great !!

The Tyler style is sporty, the color silver tone is soft. Overall the wig looks natural with just enough shine and hair is full but not heavy looking. My head is small so combs would have been nice for extra security. Also I would had preferred the sideburns to be a bit longer.

Wig arrived promptly. Customer service is great. How to videos also great. Am a first time wig purchaser. Will purchase another, but high heat next time. I do recommend a stylist trim to your liking and to fit You. I needed to shave my head after chemo, too itchy if you have stubble. Shaving cream and razor after I used a men's hair clipper first.

The silicone does help keep the wigs in place better than without it but it’s just too costly. Can’t imagine why the high price. I’ll be looking around for lower price.

I have been a member of Wigs.com for many years. Mostly, ordered trendy hair wrap ponytails. it looks fabolous on me. It just take 5 minute to do my hair every morning. Love it!
