We are truly saddened to hear that we will lose you as a client. We ask that you return the piece so that we can be sure to inspect it and determine if we need to update our description of the color on our site. We do offer pre paid return labels which would deduct $7.95 from your refund, however the color was not as described we would happily refund you in full. You also do have the option to return the piece using any carrier of your choice (such a USPS) which may be a less costly shipping option. Our representative you spoke with today is also having you refunded for the shipping to you for the new piece. We appreciate your feedback and will follow up once we receive the original piece back.
