I love the wig, but it is a little heavy, and the cap part where it will go on my head is not very soft. It is pretty and well made though. And I love the color, I chose Editor's Pick-Raquel Welch, color-rusty auburn, because that is the closest I could get to my real shade of red. I start chemo next wk., so I will be taking both this wig, and a cap that had hair attached, which I bought from another company, and will pick one, then rotate the two, just for fun. I mean chemo I know is the opposite of fun, but the wigs, as well as caps with hair, at least help with the hair loss.

I haven't ordered a wig from here, however I did order wig hairspray, shampoo and shine spray. I can't believe how quick the delivery was and it was nicely packaged (no ability to have a leak or spill). With this service, I will definitely order wigs as well!

I love wigs.com. typically wont order unless there is a coupon. Customer service isnt too good at refunding money if a wig is not made to standard. found out hard way.said thats how they are made. But ive been wearing wigs for years i even reordered same wig and it did not come defective. Goes to show they arent about helping the customer in that way. When i was in tears. But i do still shop and hope i dont or wont need to do any returns on a defective wig ever again.

Arrived in the time given for delivery. Packaging in excellent condition. Perfect match for my hair color, Playful #56. Love it.

Selection is great. Shipping speed is good. Price point is good. Color swatch samples for some wigs, not so good. Really hard to tell color from a square swatch. Much easier to see color on a manican head. With that being said, I wasn't to thrilled with the brown/blonde selection I made when I purchased the Gratitude wig by Gabor. The fibers a light and flyaway. Hard to achieve the look pictured. The color almost looks grayish. Permatease galor! Hoping my next selection works out better than this one did.
