Please be advised Wigs.com is happy to accept returns on any eligible products and we do not deduct any restocking or handling fees when returning with us. It appears the difference for your refund is was the cost of shipping, which is nonrefundable because it is rendered to the carrier for their service of transportation and delivery. We understand that shipping fees can accumulate when returning multiple items or orders. To assist clients we offer frequent sales or discounts, a free shipping coupon, and our shipping rates are flat-fee per order or return shipment. We also offer flat-rate prepaid return labels for $7.95 to assist with returns as well.
