Have never had a problem with any of my purchases! I've ordered a few that didn't really work for me but it wasn't anything to do with the wig, just my own preference after I played with them and combing them this way and that way.

I am very happy with the lovely human hair wig. The style is nice, the color is exactly what my natural hair color once was. Now I have lost all my hair, and need something to cover up my head. This wig is super light in weight and I love that there is not too much hair or volume. I am 75 and don't need a "mane". This wig looks natural and feels light and airy on. I did have a hairdresser shorten the bangs, as they were 2 inches too long. Now they are just touching the brow line and that is perfect for me. I certainly would recommend this wig to anyone. I may come back for a second one in a lighter color, just for fun. The price is fantastic, since I am on a fixed income, I cannot afford a thousand dollar wig. So, thank you for carrying this affordable wig for those of us who have to scrape by.

Super cute wig but needs to be fitted and styled properly. Arrived somewhat messy and needs a great deal of styling before wearing.

They make it easy to get interested and excited about wearing wigs because they do not punish you for not being an expert at colour or style. Rather, their straightforward and cutting-edge Return Policy allows you to not fear trying a wig for the first time, worrying that you will be stuck with it. They allow long-time wig wearers freedom to view and inspect their products, to be absolutely certain you are happy with the investment you make. For these reasons, I have made it a point to remain a loyal customer, choosing them over any others, even if the others offer a less expensive product, due to Wigs.com's higher ethics and standards of Customer Service. Contrastingly, almost all of the other online wig shops are money-grubbing snots. If you order a colour or style that must be exchanged or returned, they literally punish you to pay the shipping there, back and often a hefty "re-stock" fee, to assuage their butt-hurt and greed. Usually, you end up paying 30-50.00 for nothing, to avoid keeping an unwanted product you are investing hundreds of dollars on. Excellent product and customer service

Shipping was very fast; quality of hairpiece is good. Now I just have to get used to the salt and pepper transition while my hair changes color.

I did get my wig and it's a repeat so I love it. Only issue was time frame on delivery. I tracked it and it shipped, moved and then sat for 2 days near-by but didn't move, which bothered me. Was it because it wad free shipping? Don't know. I did get a sale. I will shop with them again.
