Did not like the quality of the hair piece... but the return policy was the worst. Only received $11 out of a $32 purchase. Horrible policy. Will never order again. Will do Amazon as usual.

I had a great experience buying my first ever wig. The complimentary consultations were incredibly helpful and I was amazed by the quality of support. A few ideas: > An option to automatically add suggested items to cart (styling creme, synthetic products, etc.) while buying a wig. That said, I realize that customers often buy a wig with the intent of trying it, and hence, might not be willing to invest in wig-related products. > The marketing could additionally focus on men instead of solely using female models. For example, the confirmation emails could have a picture of a male or female model depending on the gender of the customer.
