Looked nothing like the picture. The clips did not feel secure. I returned it and I’m waiting for my refund

This is my 3rd time purchasing Noriko Meadow - only this time I purchased a different color because Champagne was sold out. I still love the meadow and the color I ordered is beautiful; however, I hope Champagne is back on the menu before September.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 2, 2022
Hi Jeanne, We love hearing how much you love Meadow! We have some good news! We currently have 1 Meadow left in Champagne. Our representatives will reach out so you can get that last one ordered.
Virginia H.
I appreciated talking to a consultant sooner as opposed to later. The rep was kind, courteous and gently persuasive. As a result I purchased another wig.

The topper I ordered is exactly what I was looking for ,the only thing I would critique is bigger hair clip to hold it on.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 2, 2022
Hi Gloria, We are happy to hear you found just the right piece! You can always have the clips removed and add larger ones. Please keep in mind that you don't want them too large where they might be visible.
