I got exactly what I wanted and it was true to description right down to perfect color match. I’m a first time product buyer and won’t shop anywhere else!

Very easy to deal with. I get my merchandise very quickly. I love the way you get an email letting you know when your wig will be here….then you get one that says it has been delivered. The wig is beautiful as always.

The price, customer service, and wig quality were all 110%. Didn’t care for the styling, so I will just restyle it and it will be perfect. I look at other places, but have used wigs.com for about 10 years without a problem. I can’t find a reason to change. I’m staying.

I’ve been wearing wigs for over 30 years. I get so many compliments and people say they can’t believe it’s a wig! Even a beautician can’t believe it’s a wig!

Hi Sharon, We love hearing how fabulous you feel in your piece! Thank you for sharing that positive feedback.

Exceptional service! She is possitively a gem. Answered my many questions and concerns, it is my first wig. Excellant representative - careful, another company could scoop her right up! (Hint: a $ raise) Can't wait for my next wig! Wore the wig with confidence, for the first time. Everyone loved my new haircut! Definately buy from Wigs.com!

I used to be able to expect a well made wig from this company. Now they are cheaply and poorly made but somehow more expensive than ever. Also, the wig cap definitely seems smaller. Please do better.

Hi Jessica, We are truly sorry for the issue with the pieces you received. Our representatives will call you today so that we can make this right.

The wig is like it was portrayed. The only reason I rated less than perfect is the bangs and sides by the face stuck out in an unmanageable manner. before I could wear it I had to wash and set the wig twice and still fighting it to lay right. Even with that it is better color and cut than other wigs I found on line.

Hi Susan, We are saddened to hear of the issue with your new piece. Our experts will call you today because we would like to help resolve the issue and make this right.
