I’m very impressed with Wigs.com. I ordered a wig that I liked it but the cap was too small. I returned it following the easy instructions and in no time at all my credit card showed their credit. I’m also impressed with the fact that Wigs.com does not charge a re-stocking fee on return items. This company is now my new wig store!!

I’m Disappointed that once again after purchasing a very expensive wig from your company, the shedding is not addressed. embarrassing!!

The shipping was fast, the product high quality. Unfortunately the color on the screen didn't match the actual product. Very limited supply of darker red wigs, not sure if that is the manufactures fault or the companies.

I am very new to wigs and I had no idea where to start I have ordered from two other wig companies but wigs.com was the absolute best. I will be making all future purchases with this company. I ordered on a Tuesday night and received on Friday! Fast delivery and my wig is fantastic!

Didn't fit. Too loose even after tightening the straps at the base.

I was excited to have finally ordered a 'WIG'............. only to find that it was way too big for my head!!! My disappointment was palpable so I consulted my nearly 40 year experienced beautician friend, and after trying it on my head properly, she told me that, yes, it was too large on top and in the back to be wearable. She advised that what I needed was a 'demi' wig in a pixie short cut that fit close to the nape of the neck and crown of my head. Though painful, I am obliged to have to return this beautiful hairpiece and hope that you will be able to suggest a replacement that will be a better fit for me. My hair is very fine and very thin so I hope you can help me.

Such beautiful wigs and everyone is so accommodating. My wig didn’t work for me but the refund process was so easy and very professional!
