I returned one for a different color
I returned one for a different color. Sent it back and received the correct color within two weeks. I would like to mention to everyone, if possible let the return postage be subtracted from your refund. My printer does not work, I took the package to my local UPS store and they wanted $19.95 to mail it. I took it to the post office and the charge was $14.95. To have the postage removed from the refund is $10.95.
