This is the most accommodating company I have ever dealt with, so friendly, & helpful. Their staff also gives great education about buying a wig. I had no problem exchanging a wig & you receive your monies right away back from a transaction. You cannot ask for anything more from a company agree? I needed to return a hairpiece that was the wrong shade. I emailed customer service on the 21st asking for help in the return, but as of yet, no one has responded.
