My wig came very quickly. Also, the prices are reasonable with a wide variety of wigs at different price points, as well as sales that go on frequently. I haven't used it yet, but they have a good return policy. I've joined several Facebook groups and found that this is a well-known, much-used and reliable company for a product that, although necessary, can be challenging emotionally, as well as financially to the consumer.

Excessive postage which USPS stating my items should have only cost $6.50. My 2 bangs which are light in weight and not a wig, do not fit your explanation. You owe me a refund.

Marian. We apologize! Please note, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary on location. Keep in mind, we only use USPS for orders with a PO Box address, and use UPS for all other orders. We try our best to have sales often to help our customers with costs, and as mentioned in our direct email, we also offer free shipping on orders $150.00 (before taxes). We hope this is helpful!
