I am extremely happy with this purchase. Shipping was quick; the wig is gorgeous and very natural-looking. The entire ordering process was easy, and the wigs.com experts are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions posed to them. UPDATE: because of my review someone got back to me but not only emailed me but called me multiple times and I was just walking into my hotel for vacation so it was a little much and took up time when I could barely hear and it was a week later. Which again still has kept us from doing things having to wear a hat because the wig came the complete wrong color yet I was told I should have researched further. If they only knew the hours I spent researching! I did appreciate the 1st representatives kindness and understanding my frustrations and the 2nd representative for her help and her expediting the refund process. But then I got an email that they were giving me store credit and not refunding me! I called and they said not a problem....they would refund it back to my debit card it was an easy issue to resolve. I have now received an email that they will be refunding my debit card. I just have not received a refund yet and as soon as I do I will give them another star. The thing that upsets me is the only reason they have been so attentive is because I left such a negative review. Like I said, I will do right by them as soon as I see that money in my bank account. And please Don't only look on the back of the invoice on how to return something from there. Go to their website because the instructions differ slightly. LATEST UPDATE: I received my refund to my debit card this morning 🙂 so again it was inconvenient, BUT customer service was EXCELLENT and resolved the issue days before they estimated it would be. I spoke to the 1st rep who reached out to me on Thursday afternoon and the 2nd representative late afternoon yesterday (Friday) and I have my money back today (Saturday). I greatly appreciate the speed of resolving my matter. My only issue is like I said I highly suggest maybe calling and speaking to a color specialist or YouTube the color you want from many different people. Even better go to a beauty salon where you can see swatches and write down the Brand and Color which is usually numbers and letters. Then call in and tell the color specialist what you like and if you want highlights. If you can find a swatch in a beauty supply with the color highlights you want...do the same and write down the brand and color. Do your research and be prepared before calling so they can help you best. Thank you wigs.com for your great customer service. I will now be a return customer 😊👍
