The wig doesn’t fit my head, I did order a petite but it still is too big. Also it is much longer than I anticipated, would like to have the sides trimmed but not sure how or who could do that for me. I think I just chose the wrong style and size. I chalk it up as an expensive mistake.

The picture was not even close to reflecting true color. The ORANGE wig I received was not a wearable color. Soooo fake. Soooo disappointing and a waste of my time, not to mention shipping costs both ways. What I learned from this experience: buy locally if like me you are not in a position to keep paying shipping both ways and still end up with no wig! Humiliating and disappointing.

We'll see if my rating stays at four, drops to 3, or rises to 5...This will depend on whether I do get a refund for a good wig that didn't fit (friends' measurements apparently not accurate) - or if the return is refused, because I bought the wig at a discount of $45. I can't find clear information on this. I've had it less than 30 days. Dissappointed when tried it on. Will have to experiment First time trying a wig. Obviously can't experiment much if can't get refund for wigs that don't fit. (Or maybe just have to be sure not to buy any that are on sale, if want ability to return & try again.) First tried it on 12/08/2023

I have bought many voltage wigs from wigs.com and have always been very happy with my purchases. The voltage wig I just bought, however, is a different story. It lacks the curl of the previous wigs. The bang are cut so badly that they stick straight out. It actually looks like a wig. Why such a difference in the product? It looks nothing like the picture that is shown on wigs.com
