While I've worn wigs for a number of years, they were always purchased through my beautician or local wig shop. This was my first time trying to buy something online. One of the things that attracted me to Wigs.com was you have petite sizes and I had always felt my wigs were too big. Since Wigs.com said they were returnable, I decided to order three of them - 2 petites and 1 ultra petite (too small!) in different styles and shades. They arrived in a few days and I made my decision. Returning was so EASY. Absolutely no hassle. I'm already thinking about ordering another.

Spend $600 never received my order. Email goes straight to AI so you can't get hold of a real person. So just pray you don't have a problem with your order. When you call customer service it's AI as well. I will never order from them again. I am so upset and disappointed 😞 with this company.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jul 24, 2026
