Everyone I spoke to at wigs.com on Social Media, in Email, on the Phone, and on my Virtual Video Consultation were very helpful, professional, courteous, respectful, compassionate, kind, caring, friendly on helping me select my products, they were shipped out fast and were packaged well and one item that was forgotten in my package they apologized sincerely and immediately got the replacement item shipped out to me with no hassle and quickly and followed up with a phone call to let me know it had been shipped out and that I could reach out if I had any questions or any issues . All staff were very approachable in all communication areas. One of the best experiences I have had with a company. Product quality is excellent as well and are as described on their website. I highly recommend wigs.com and their products!
