Christie
I had only bought 2 wigs before using Wigs.com, and those purchases were made in person from a local wig stylist. After two years I wanted something new and had been impressed with the Belle Tress City Collection. Still, I was hesitant to buy one without seeing the color in person. I decided to schedule an online session with a Wigs.com consultant, which proved to be valuable. In the end, I purchased the wig I liked in 2 different colors from Wigs.com. Once I was able to try on both colors, I knew which one to keep. It was very easy to then return the second color. I wish someone sold Belle Tress locally. But Wigs.com worked out very well. I'll definitely be back!

Christie, We are so pleased to hear about your positive experience with us! It's wonderful that our online consultation proved valuable in helping you find the perfect Belle Tress City Collection wig, especially when trying to decide between colors. We understand the importance of seeing colors in person, and we're glad our process made it easy for you to try both options and return the one that wasn't quite right. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to assisting you again in the future!
