Service was fine
Service was fine. The wig is not what I expect. It looks like dolls hair with texture and the huge amount of “hair”. It would be better with at least half as much hair. It was comfortable to try on but looked so bad I couldn’t wear it even at home.

Disgraceful Company
I received a wig with no tag and the bobby pins that usually hold the wig in place were in the bottom of the box, which I didn't think much of at the time. I did try the wig on ONCE and decided it was not for me so I returned it exactly as I received it. I received an email stating they would not accept the return & would return the wig to me because it was damaged. What???? Damaged? All I did was try it on. I tried to argue this insanity all while having to go thru chemo and lose my hair which is beyond stressful enough, but I had no recourse with this less than honorable company, so I'm warning every potential customer out there to be sure of what you are buying because this is what they pull on you if you try to return a wig. They just continue to respond that somehow I damaged this wig & removed the tags. COMPLETELY UNTRUE!!!! They just don't want to give you your money back. DISGRACEFUL.

YOU SENT THE WRONG CAP SIZE
YOU SENT THE WRONG CAP SIZE! when I order a large size I want a large size! Had to cut the cap to get it to fit comfortably. Would have been too much trouble to send it back and hope for a large cap replacement!

Powerful great look had my hair cut the same but the wig is amazing
I have never had a wigs that was so realist never had so many compliments will probably order more of the same style . I own several wigs this is the best one ever!!!

I didn't have any issues with buying a…
I didn't have any issues with buying a wig or getting the wig. They have also been great about me returning the wig. My only issue is I don't think the wig color was properly depicted. It was lighter in color then what I was expecting which is why I returned it.
