I ordered a wig from Wigs.com on the 7th of July. I was told 7-10 days I wouldve receiving the wig. I called early on and asked how I could track the process. The woman said it would be shipped out within three days. it never was. I call back today, and it hasn’t been shipped because they’re having trouble shipping it from Germany. They are the worst company to work with. they are unprofessional, rude and stumbled with their words. I'm extremely disappointed in their attempt to to not HELP someone in need. I just received an apology, but doesn't negate the fact they didn't even update me on what was going on. And the two woman on the phone the two times I called had no empathy or compassion!! They were insulting and rude.

I received my order and was so pleased! The topper is perfect for me. I have not yet worn it but am very satisfied with the quality as well as the color. I love having the streaks of gray option on this topper. I was also surprised at the amount of hair for a topper. I will revisit after having a stylist color my hair and wear it.
