All good experience with the exception…
All good experience with the exception of two things. One..the check out . You really have to read carefully to be sure you are not paying for extra things. Example, if you qualify for free shipping it is not automatically given. There are choices of expedited shipping which is not necessary because their free shipping is pretty fast. Also, paying for extra insurance. The box must be checked or you will have extra insurance. Two the return process of fine but I got the impression from the website that it was free returns. It is not.

Thanks for making life easier…
I ordered a wig during a site wide sale but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I talked with a consultant and was allowed to exchange the wig and get the sale price discount even though the sale had ended. They are easy to work with which is great for me since I am a daily wig wearer and have been for years due to alopecia. Everything went smoothly!

Spring romance by Gabor
Spring romance is a very nice wig by Gabor. The only drawback I feel is that the sides do not have enough hair for coverage. I’m going to try using hairspray for more hold for the sides. The love the color I ordered.

Nice but very expensive
Wigs are nice but not worth the excessive price as they don't look as realistic as in photos and do not stay snug to my head leaving raised pockets on top.

Smooth Ordering but Frustrating Search and Slow Refund Process
The initial search for a wig was a bit frustrating because every time I clicked on something, it took me back to the beginning of the list. The ordering process was easy, shipping was fast, the package arrived in good condition. The wig didn't work out for me and the return process was easy. The refund took awhile to post, but, it was refunded just as they said it would be.
