I’ve finally found a wig I really like and will keep. Prior to that I struggled but kept trying because wigs.com has such great customer service and I was able to try wigs on and send them back.

I would prefer a more generous return policy. Purchasing a wig online is difficult.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Oct 23, 2024
Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. we regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with our return policy. We want to clarify that we do offer returns without charging any restocking fees. However, as per our policy, we do not refund shipping costs, as it is a service provided by UPS. Please note that our return labels incur a flat rate of 10.95, which will be deducted from the refunded amount upon receipt. If this option does not meet your satisfaction, we also offer the alternative of self returns.

After spending literally thousands of dollars with this company, I was refused a return of wig that I didn't like. The wig was $400 and returned immediately but I sent back in the wrong wig box. After their refusal, I offered to send the correct box as I still had it. They again refused. I now have a,wig I will never use and am out $400. Appalling business practices.

I've been with wigs.com since the beginning. I was invited to become a wig ambassador years ago. I love the company, returns are easy, and educational information is available for many first-time wig wearers. This is important for people like myself who have to wear wigs because of hair loss, and not just a fashion statement. Thank you wigs.com !!!!
