Dear Jeannie, we regret to learn that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please be assured that all items listed on our wigs.com page are new and sourced directly from the manufacturer. We apologize for the delay in processing your refund. It seems that you have shipped the item to our corporate office instead of our fulfillment center. Consequently, we have had to transfer it to our fulfillment center for processing. Please note that it typically takes our returns team 7 to 9 business days to issue a refund once the item has been processed.

I wouldn't consider anywhere else to purchase a wig. This company has a large selection to choose from and if, for some reason, you have to do a return, it's easy and no hassle.
