I LOVE the 4 wigs that I bought!! Shabrena Howard was the Wigs.com sales agent who helped me. She was FANTASTIC and a great pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the wigs, the fitting, picking out styles and hair colors to suit me. I am SOOO grateful for her help!!! The wigs are all beautiful and fit me very well. Thank you Shabrena!!!!

I never have issues with my purchases…
I never have issues with my purchases from wigs.com. The quality is there, the timing is there and there is absolutely no hassle from the time I order to the time it arrives. The detail of each wig is astounding. I figure that's the reason for the cost. And at times, when you guys give 30% off, even 50% off, that's when the cost isn't bad either. I feel well taken care of by trusting and putting my faith into a company that delivers outstanding products. The designers have put in so much effort and design that it blows my mind. I'm a big fan of Jon Renau. When people ask me who does my hair, I tell them Jon Renau, look him up, he's everywhere. It's kind of a joke between me and my friends and family. Thank you for everything, always.

I would like to return both and look on line for something more to what I want.
The wigs need to b returned, they AR not as I viewed on line. The pony tail is not full looking as on the web site and the attachment full piece is too course or brittle looking for me .
I wanted a pony tail to be thicker than what you sent. And the other piece I wanted to be more bigger and looser than yours.

Your satisfaction is our goal and returns are easy! Initiate your return and print your UPS prepaid return label using the form in the link below. When using the prepaid label to return your order, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will be deducted from the return amount rendered to UPS for their service. You are welcome to use your own carrier instead using the instructions below if you prefer to use an alternative method or if your return is from outside of the contiguous U.S. We hope this is helpful to you!

To find your order number, check the reverse side of the packing slip or your confirmation email.
Repackage your item just as you received it!
Please have your item(s) returned no later than 30 days of the original ship date. Damaged, worn, altered products or packaging will not be eligible for return. Wigs can only be tried on and not worn, and tags must not be removed. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products where the product or packaging has not been altered, worn, or damaged in anyway and no later than 45 days of the original ship date. All ineligible items will be returned to you at your cost or donated.
Print and attach your return label.
After you attached your shipping label, drop your return package at UPS. As this is a prepaid label, you will not pay when you drop off your package but the flat rate $10.95 will be deducted from the refund/store credit total.
In the event that you are unable to access a UPS location, unable to access a printer to print the prepaid label, or would prefer to use your method to ship please ship your return to the address below using a traceable method of shipping with your preferred carrier.
