Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

My favorite wig at a special price with free shipping was an offer too good to pass up! The perfect "Winner" by Raquel Welch arrived within a week. I have ordered this same style in different colors. I get lots of compliments and I always get exactly what I ordered!

Everything was perfect!!

The wig i bought was beautiful , just too big . I returned and they gave me a refund very swiftly . A great company to work with.

Fast shipping

I e always loved this wig, but cringe when I see massive price increases. Fortunately Wigs.com has frequent sales which allow me to afford it.

Bad style this time!

Great products to choose from, friendly customer service by knowledgeable agents, and easy returns! I’ve been buying wigs and hair pieces from this company for years and they have only gotten better. One of their top priorities is educating the customer so that you feel supported during the purchase process and ultimately buy the right wig for you. If it doesn’t work out, there’s never a fuss when you need to return it. Thank you, Roxie, for teaching me everything I needed to know to be a happy customer and a confident wig wearer!

This company failed me during chemo — no compassion, no accountability I ordered two wigs from them. The total was $543. Unfortunately, they were delivered so late that I had already lost my hair and was forced to buy alternatives locally. I reached out over 10 times asking for a partial refund. I wasn’t unreasonable — I offered to settle for $400 with me still losing over $100., just to end the situation peacefully. Their responses were cold and evasive, with no empathy for what I was going through. Eventually, they offered $200, which I accepted simply because I was exhausted from the stress and wanted closure. . If you’re going through chemo or need your wigs on time — don’t count on them. The customer service and ethics fell far below what they claim to stand for. – Gayle
